Magic Library Terms of Service

Welcome to Centerstage Technologies, LLC and our app, The Magic Library, which is designed for children under 13 years of age. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, since they apply to both purchasers and users of The Magic Library.

2.1 "App" means our app, The Magic Library.

2.2 "Child User" refers to any minor that uses the App.

2.3 "Adult User" refers to the adult buyer/subscriber of the App.

2.4 "Terms" means these Terms of Service.

• Adults aged 18 or older may be the Adult User.
• Adult Users must provide their own Personal Information upon registration for the App.

• Adult User consent is required before their Child User can use the App.
• Only an Adult User can provide consent for collection and use of their Child User's information.
• The Adult User maintains full control over the Child User's account.
• The Adult User has the right to review, delete, and control their Child User's information.

• The Adult User must provide accurate information during purchase of the App.
• Only the Adult User can access purchase-related information.
• The Adult User is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• The Adult User must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• The Child User is not allowed to enter their own Personal Information, unless the Adult User explicitly allows it within the App.

5.1 The App must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass Adult User controls.
• Sharing personal information in public areas.
• Harassment or bullying of other users.
• Uploading inappropriate or harmful content.
• Attempting to access other Child Users' accounts.

6.1 All content in the App is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express permission.

6.3 Any content created by Child Users remains their property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.

7.1 We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 We collect different information from:

• The Adult User (purchase and contact information).
• Child Users (Personal Information as described in our Privacy Policy, usage and activity information).

7.3 We implement reasonable security measures to protect all user data.

• All purchases are final unless required by law.
• Purchasers can request refunds within five days.
• Refunds will terminate the Child User's account on the App.

• Only the Adult User can manage recurring subscriptions.
• The Child User cannot modify subscription settings.

9.1 The app may contain links to third-party services.

9.2 We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

9.3 All third-party interactions require consent of the Adult User.

10.1 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.

10.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

10.3 The Adult User will be notified of changes to the Terms, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

11.2 The Adult User may terminate their Child User's account at any time.

11.3 The Child User cannot terminate accounts purchased by the Adult User.

11.4 Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize personal information as required by law.

12.1 The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

12.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13.1 In all events, we shall not be liable for any damages beyond refund of any fees paid to us in the past 12 months relating to the account in question.

14.1 These Terms are governed by California law.

14.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal and state court in Los Angeles, California.
